ADSL DOWN FOR A WEEK - STILL NO SUPPORT

I'm calling Aftihost for support because my Internet went down over a week ago. Each time I call Afrihost support I get a message saying they are not accepting calls before 6am on weekdays and 9am at weekends. Yet even when I call after these times the lines are still not active. When I do get through they promise to escalate - the last \escalation"was 4 days ago ... Still nothing!"""
