Activating fiber

I’m highly disappointed. I have calling endlessly to activate my fibre line. Instead I’m told to hold the line for minutes just to be told that it’s been escalated to metro fiber! This is is costing so much more money and impacting my business because I don’t have internet! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ACTIVATE MY FIBRE????
