ACCOUNTS TEAM AND POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Afrihost Accounts, Sales and Fibre Team are horrible at giving service. They are the worst and their agents put you on hold for 20-minutes and they never come back to you until you end the call. This is the worst experience I have ever received.

They all dont communicate with each other properly and now my account is suspended without notification and because of their incompetence with their sales team and fibre. POOR SERVICE DELIVERY FROM ALL OF THEM. DONT GO NEAR THEM BECAUSE THEY ALL LIE AND GIVE POOR SERVICE DELIVERY.
