Accounts blocked

I recently got myself an Afrihost 40gb+40gb package. The first month was a dream....then hell started. I wake up, my accounts are blocked. Paid, but blocked.

Contact them via whatsapp...they tell me to contact accounts...accounts send me some review form to fill in. Which I do. Phone them back, they tell me to contact security dept via email. Still awaiting a reply...almost two weeks later...

All of this after I even referred some family members to this company. Persuading them to leave the Rain network. Im ever so sorry.
