i have cancelled my account with afrihost becaus i moved to a are that does not support wifi….

(Common sence)”why would i like a free month of internet????? Or maby its just me? I moved where there is no wifi so a free month of wifi is not applicable for me. Then after 3 hours on the phone with afrihost explaining the problem atleast 40 times to 100 different people the answer i get at the end is “ish im sorry but we cant reverse the payment”.

Pathetic service indeed.

Wish i read some reviews earlier but social media will be updated to this nonsense.
