Account suspended so I cant use my paid for DATA!

Afrihost has suspended my service because of a debit order, in the middle of the month for admin fees did not go through. There is still Data on the router 33Gig, that is paid for but I can't use it because of the suspended account. I had some difficulty receiving my Salary the last few months so this resulted in my debit orders not going through. I made payments as soon as I received my salary and then paid for all costs occurring from the unpaid debit orders. So I paid the full outstanding Amount as per their Website"clietzone". So I have paid my account 100% in full on the 7th of February 2018. trusting that I will have the benefits of using the router. They debited my account again on the 20th of February 2018 for admin fees. This however did not go through and the account was suspended. Leaving me without internet access.

I personally feel they should have debited this amount on 1 march with the full amount monthly. And I feel that I have paid for Data that I can't use!!!!

They don't return emails. So basically I think they are pathetic!
