Account Paid, but still deactivated

I owed R265 on my Afrihost account. <br> <br> Paid the account via EFT as arranged with accounts department.<br> <br> The proof of eft payment was sent to the accounts department yesterday morning before 9 am.<br> <br> I have since logged three support tickets ***4 / ***5/ ***0 with no response.<br> <br> When will my website be reactivated?<br> <br> I expect this lack of service from Host*** and not from Afrihost?<br> <br> What is going on there?<br> <br>
