Account not upgraded but added & Data usage insane

My 2Mbps DSL has apparently used 22GB of the 48GB in one day (1 Feb 2016)?! Impossible.<br> <br> My mobile data has used 75% of the 3GB in one day (1 Feb 2016)?! Impossible.<br> <br> I upgraded my DSL on 31 Jan 2016 to uncapped and now sit with capped and uncapped DSL with only 1 DSL line. Unable to get support to sort this out and billed incorrectly. <br> <br> Serious bandwidth problems at Afrihost. Not a happy client and considering changing all mobile cards and DSL to another provider due to bad service and lack of providing existing customers with amazing offers, rather than offering amazing offers first to new clients.... not good. Getting just as bad as DSTV.
