Account in arears after paying for a month not using their service.

Hello everyone, so I just saw this morning that Afrihost debited my account for last month of which I didn't use their service. now checking the account online it shows that I am in arrears with the same amount that they debited from my bank account. If anyone is thinking of joining them, please don't do so. They will tell you when your account will be cancelled when you decide to cancel with them. I had no internet with them after the service was cut.
