Account disable

Its so frustrating to get any assistance from Afrihost; my clientzone is disable but they have deducted the money on a wrong date and cant access the service. What nonsense is that? Had problems with this company from day one, first it was the wrong package then wrong amount deducted now theyve taken the service away cause they deducted my account on a wrong date hence insufficient . I am very disappointed and upset i wish i could find a good company
