Account debited but Apn not enabled on afrihost

On the 8th of November my account was debited event though my number was not yet enabled on their network. On the 9th I sent an email notifying afrihost of what had happened and they acknowledge my email and promised that my money will be refunded into my account in the next 7 to 14 working days. After 14 working days I sent another email querying my refund but I was told that the refund has been logged and I will be notified once it's been processed. To date I'm still waiting and my emails are being ignored.
