Account cancelled unfairly.

Afrihost cancelled my account due to non-payment after sending the request to deduct from my account. They cannot provide me with the reasons of why the debit order was not honored when there were more than enough funds in my bank account. I have requested them not to cancel my account and send the debit order as there is no change of account. Now they don`t want to activate my account saying I should apply which is now a high fee that they want to charge me. Their email mentioned changes in the account for which I rep**** that I never requested any changes on my fibre line. I need them to reinstate my account because I requested a call which I never got and unable to get through when I call them.
