ABSOLUTELY VILE!!!

Despite a cancellation request being submitted to Afrihost within the 7-day cooling-off period provided for under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Afrihost has thus far declined to process the cancellation of the service.

Until the service has been formally cancelled, the line released, and written confirmation provided hereof, I will continue to document and escalate my experience through the appropriate consumer feedback channels, including HelloPeter, to ensure that the issue receives the attention required for a timely resolution.
