ABSOLUTELY USELESS ISP

I've waited a MONTH to be reconnected. Afrohost blames Vumatel. Nobody has dome anything. A MONTH! The fibre, modem etc was installed years ago and used until I cancelled the contract a couple of years ago. So all they need to do is switch me back on!? A MONTH and STILL NOTHING!
