Absolutely USELESS

I have had the worst experience with afrihost regarding my fiber installation. - I marginally app**** in FEBRUARY of this year and have still not been help regarding my installation - I have told them time and time again that there is no existing installation but all of the ***0 of consultants iv spoken to Still log it in the incorrect way- I have have been extremely patient but I have had it now - I have to phone them every single day to get feedback and all i Hear is different excuses - I have asked to speak to the manager about 6 times now but hes always on another call and I am yet to receive a call back from him - my matter has been escalated to the service manager , to the developers and probably to the president as well but ABSOLUTELY nothing has changed- I have emailed in , I Have whatsapped, I have called , I have logged a complaint on client zone yet here i am THREE MONTHS LATER with no wifi after having the router for a month now. i left it in afrihosts hand for two months and nothing was done - I had to call vumatel myself to cancel the previous ISPs line - That is not my responsibility but I did it anyway in the hope to speed up the process-every single time I call i get fed a different excuse , I HAVE EVEN ASKED FOR IT TO BE CANCELLED AND THEY CANT EVEN DO THAT. unprofessional, unorganized, 100000% disappointed and I am not even officially a client yet.
