Absolutely terrible service from Afrihost

Absolute terrible service. You hardly get the line speed you paying for and when the fibre providers works in your area, Afrihost doesn't even notify their customers. When you do contact Afrihost regarding fibre that is down in the area, they first wants to run tests and make you switch on and off and do speed tests and take pictures of the router etc, instead of just checking their system and tie up with the local fibre providers regarding issues on the area. The "tech" team is not very skilled and uses "copy and paste" messages to communicate with the customer and has no knowledge of the product.
