Absolutely Ridiculous Service

It has been now 8 weeks of my upload not reaching full capacity. The lady I spoke to last week told me that my line was on some sort of rental DHCP but she has restored it.

She gave me her word it is fixed but still still my line is not getting full upload.

She was the 8th person I spoke to in 8 weeks. Yet when I asked for fault to be logged I am speaking some odd language.

SHAME ON YOU AFRIHOST!!!

Let us see if someone on senior management level comes back to me as you are the top ISP for 2024.

But in my case I don't think you deserve that award...
