Absolutely pathetic
<p>This is by far the worst company I have ever dealth with.</p> <p> </p> <p>Don't call back</p> <p>Don't respond to complaints and service requests</p> <p>Upgraded my Telkom line from 4mb to 8mb and the line speed barely reaches 5 mb/s...</p> <p>Constant connection drops...</p> <p>Complain all you want, they DO NOT CARE!!! They are very quick to take your money, but they don't even fix your line...</p> <p> </p> <p>These issue have been going on now since the 1st of Feb.</p> <p> </p> <p>USELESS!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!</p>
Just shows you how bad they really are... Cannot even respond to this, nor have they solved my issue.

"Apologies for the inconvenience caused, I have sent another escalation to Telkom and requested that they dispatch a technician to attend to the fault and resolve."

So why are you advertising it if you're simply going to escalate issues? Resolve the damn issues!!!!!
