Absolutely no support after they take your money

I've been struggling with a small technical problem in my hosting. I'm sure it can be sorted in less than 2 minutes if I can actually speak to someone!

Afrihost has ZERO support for clients after they sign you up. DON'T waste your time or money. I say this because -

The Live Chat option on their website does not exist, even though there is a button for it. When you click on it, it allows you only to fill in a form that is supposedly submitted. I've done this three times over 2 weeks and no response... Then I called the call centre and kept moving from caller 25 to 22 to 23 to 19 to 23... A 4 year old counts better than this! How can I move in sequentially...

RIDICULOUS

Short of climbing in my car and driving there I don't know WHAT to do!?
