Absolutely no internet joy! Unmet promises, poor service, zero accountability!

I have waited for a simple installation and activation of a new Fiber Wifi line for 3 weeks. On Afrihost's own admission, it takes up to 7 days from order placement to installation and activation. When I have called I have been placed on hold for 10-18min each time. I have spoken to supervisors ALL of whom have assured me that they are escalating my matter to OpenServe (the fiber provider in my area). On every occassion, this escalation has clearly failed! When I have asked for a clear timeline as to when I can expect installation to take place, I have received absolutely no indication. I have asked for a direct line to OpenServe whom Afrihost outright blame for the *********** service I have received and have been told I CANNOT deal directly with OpenServe. At this rate I am happy to pay the hefty cancellation fees because I'd prefer not to deal with this level of poor service going forward
