Absolutely horrible service

I tried to join them in January 2023, they were meant to come and install at my new residence beginning February 2023, a week after me joining in January i was told my account is R600 in arears then a week later they told me my line was cut for no payment, noting that I do not live at the residence yet and nothing has been installed, I have been in contact with them multiple times and yet they still tried to deduct money from my account in February, no I get another email stating that they have had multiple run ups with me regarding non payment and I need to make immediate payment and again tried to deduct money from my account, I am really so tired of the up and down, each time they say it was sorted and I don't have to worry and then it happens again
