Absolutely dont give a **** about clients

<p>i spend about 20k amonth with afrihost - i generally have to speak to 10 technical consultants before any of my issues are resolved , al always have to deal with people that seem to know less about Afrihosts products and services and they do , i have ordered 5 sim cards over the last 4 weeks and each and everyone has a problem , from some not being RICA'd to some having data issues and one faulty . i have sent 7 emails to There technical department and to GIAN VISSER the CEO but nobody comes back to me , obviously 20 k is nothing to them but you would think a SERVICE PROVIDER would provide some sort service , i have internet and IP Issues daily with afrihost , funny thing is i have dedicated servers with IMAGINET and HETZNER and never have the issues i have @ Afrihost - THESE F$%#ERS have cost me 14 Clients over the last year and the more i ask for assistance the less they do</p>
