Absolutely *********** call centre staff

I am/was an Afrihost webhosting client for more than 10 years. Sadly their total and absolute incompetence to solve a login query made me realise that I am dealing with call centre staff that can handle the basic problems - something that requires a bit more knowledge and/or understanding simply leaves them incapable to function. I had to repeat myself four times to different people with the second to last agent basically agreeing with me that I should cancel my service as they can't solve my login problem. The only problem is that according to her I have to log in to cancel - which I can't....go figure..........
