ABSOLUTELY BAD SERVICE

<p>OMW never ever sign up with Afrihost. Only had my Internet 2 weeks and has only worked for a week. Took 4 days to get it working with Afrihost, 4 days of staff telling me to keep on unplugging it. Then we were told to drive all the way back to Rivonia for a new router, got there to be told absolutely nothing, they took the router and came back with the same one and said they reset it. one week later internet down again, now it is VUMA Fault, apparantely, looged the call on the 31st May, and was told it would take 48 hours, well we are now on the 5 June and still no internet and CANNOT talk to a manager as apparently the Receptionist doesnt have there extension numbers. Tried calling today 5.6.2017, like 4 times got the phone put down in my ear twice. Cannot even speak to a MANAGER. WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY IS THIS. </p>
