Absolutely Appalling Service – Zero Regard for Customers

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Vumatel (and Afrihost) has been nothing short of a nightmare. It’s been over a week of trying to get our internet up and running, and despite numerous attempts to get help, we’ve been met with indifference and incompetence.

Waiting in call queues for over an hour using our own airtime, only to be told “we can’t assist” or being placed on hold indefinitely, has been beyond frustrating. We’ve explained the urgency of the situation multiple times, but it’s clear that neither Vumatel nor Afrihost cares. Their lax, almost dismissive, approach to customer service is shocking.

This is by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. If you’re considering using Vumatel or Afrihost, think twice — unless you have endless patience and time to waste.
