I am so disappointed in AfriHost and the lack of after sales service. You are providing me with Web Hosting services, and I've got various data packages with you as well

So I thought it was a good idea to move my Vodacom pre-paid contract to AfirHost AirMbile, and ask for my number to be ported

Well, since Tuesday when the process started, I am without data an voice, and my SIM card is not working.

Having chats with 7 people via Whatsapp did not solve anything. Even emails to customer Service and a specific person get ignored and not answered.

There is no number for the Complaints Department, or even an email address. How pathetic!
