Absolute terrible service

I ordered a fibre package 3 weeks ago. I’m still not connected. I’ve been on the phone, email and numerous whatsapp chats and keep getting told to try again in 24, 48 or 72 hours. Every time I speak to a consultant, I’m no closer to being connected. Nobody can give me a straight answer as to why it’s taking so long. Vumatel are also to blame for this mess as they can’t find my address. Even though I live in a residential area that has fibre to every other house. I’ve supported and promoted Afrihost for over 10 years. Not any more. It’s absolutely disgusting how such a big, well run company can deliver such shocking service. It actually makes me sad
