Absolute Disgrace
I have just signed with Afrihost and the service is pathetic in every sense of the word. When we switched over we specifically asked if we would be offline at all and were told not at all, the switch over is every simple. Afrihost took over my line on the 1st of April and I am still offline almost 3 days later. the agents claim they will call you back within 30 minutes and this doesn't happen, the manager does not take calls. Do not sign with this company, they are a hoax.

Since signing with Afrihost I have never had wifi, I have since requested a cancellation and I am now being told that I must pay a cancellation fee for non existent services.
This company is ******** and I will be opening a case of ***** against Afrihost as they are charging me absolutely nothing and no services received. The wifi has never worked since taking over the line on the 1st of April 2023.
