Absolute circus of a company!! Avoid avoid avoid!

I have had the absolute worst experience with Afrihost! Last month I was without wifi for 4 days (1st-3rd April and 27th April) they promised to refund me for these days however I was only refunded for 1 day! My connection is constantly disconnecting. Their whatsapp customer service is so unhelpful. If you have any technical issues you have to sort it out yourself. I have now cancelled with them the start of May but should have a months notice and they just took my months money for May however now they have just disconnected me with no communication!!! I want my money back for this month that I am disconnected as well as the 3 days I was promised for the previous month!!! Absolute horrible company and a damn circus they are running!
