Absolute Bad service

The worst service Ever our VPS (Virtual Private Server) has been down for the last 18 hours and when we ask for an update we are told that they will phone us with an update. If you demand to speak to a manager you get put into a queue that loops .

I have been holding for 1hour 30 minutes with no response in 3 minutes into the call waiting for a manager I have photos to proof the waiting .
