A Web Designer's Biggest NIGHTMARE!!

Afrihost are absolutely useless! A web designer's biggest nightmare is when a client says, "I'm hosting with Afrihost, can we transfer our domain and hosting away from them to your servers? Because Afrihost have poor service and no one there knows what they are doing!" THIS HAPPENS A LOT THESE DAYS! Then trying to do a simple transfer of a domain becomes a major issue because no one there can accept a simple transfer request without getting the client to send the following, and this is their words here: " --> Photograph of the account holder holding his/her identity document. [^ REDICULOUS!! ^] " How on earth are Afrihost even still running?? If I was the CEO of Afrihost I would have retired a long time ago and shut down that mess of a company!
