A poor product delivered by a poor service

I have repeatedly been let down by Afrihost. I run personal and business internet and hosting with them. They are never available to solve problems with their service. Constantly I have problems with the Fibre line we have with them, other service providers resolve issues the same day. I recently logged a ticket for them to call me back as one of our offices emails were down. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for contact. They are obviously under the impression I don't need to work for the two weeks it takes them to get back to me.
