A once great ISP has now become the worst

I recently tried to get Fibre installed, where the router was installed within a few days, however the line still wasn't connected. One week goes by, still nothing from Afrihost. Next week, still nothing. Call them multiple times and their answer is, "we see the issue and will escalate the problem" - a month later and still no fibre.

I went with Afrihost thinking their service would be the best, boy was I wrong.
