A new ****

You pay a deposit for "installation" of Vuma fibre, months later they arrive and tell you that they cannot do the installation. They tell you that you must do the installation yourself. I was told I must dig a trench or attach the conduit on the wall myself. I refused so they just walked away .... with my "installation" money. It is another a ****. Be aware. And this was done via Afrihost. I don't know who the ****** are Vuma or Afrihost but it is obviously better to stay away from both of them.
