A compliment is due where a compliment is due!

I have been battling with other agents at Afrihost to get my remaining data on a mobile data package which had a blocked SIM transferred to another mobile package I have with Afrihost. Thank you to Fortunate who helped me. They gave me a number of calls to explain every step of what they were doing and they were very friendly despite my frustrations. They made right where others were lacking understanding. A compliment is due where a compliment is due!
