A company that changes well with the times

We have had a on and off relationship with Afrihost over the last few years and I must say they are really one company that changes with the times and I love the fact that they are very customer focused.

The reason for the break in relationship with Afrihost at times was unfortunately due to the relationship they had to forge with Telkom aka HELLKOM. When we had issues with our ADSL lines Telkom technicians had to be dispatched and this was always a ***** up.

The one thing that stands out (and this might be simple in your view) is the Watsapp option that was introduced. This really comes in handy especially if your internet happens to be down and you do not have enough airtime to call.
