a 0,5Mb/s line, paying for a 4mb line

<p>I have been with Afrihost before and they have always given me good service. For the past 2 months I'm back with them and the line worst service than telkom direct not getting a stable connection at all I'm paying for a 4mb line but getting a 0,5mb line speed. Been back and forth for three weeks now they just say telkom, but that's the reason I pay Afrihost for the line so I don't have to go through that. I ask for a refund because I am not getting what I'm promised, they a I simply say no and a couple of shove off emails. I would really love to stay with Afrihost but I can't work with this internet service. Still today inconsistent connection I have been sending test for weeks and when ever I log I must send the same tests.</p>
