99% Downtime Guaranteed

I’ve been experiencing ongoing and repeated downtime issues with my hosting server, and it has now reached a point where it is severely impacting my business.

In the past few months alone, my websites have gone down on the following dates:

10/10/2025 (over 4 days to resolve) 21/10/2025 19/11/2025 (over 48 hours to resolve) 23/11/2025 28/11/2025 23/03/2026 (over 48 hours to resolve) 02/04/2026 (currently down again)

Each outage lasted a minimum of 6 hours, with an average of around 24 hours. Some incidents have taken multiple days to resolve. This is not even a complete list.

The most concerning part is that these are server-side issues (confirmed by support), not isolated connectivity problems. Despite this, there has been no meaningful resolution or long-term fix, and the outages continue to happen.

As someone managing websites for clients, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. It affects my clients’ businesses, damages my reputation, and causes ongoing disruption.

I have now formally requested:

A full explanation of the root cause Steps being taken to prevent this from continuing Compensation for the repeated downtime

At this stage, I cannot recommend this hosting service for any business-critical websites.

I am hoping this complaint leads to a proper resolution.
