I have so much regret using Afrihost whatts services Every time i log in and report a fault i am always thrown to a heartless consultant named Skhumbuzo T who is lazy to research and investigate the query and quick to throw me to their call centre agent or give me a toll free number to call. I wonder if Afrihost gave this consultant training as he is so rude and his response is always automated he is like a robot. Skhumbuzo T always close my chats before he can assist and always say i must use my client zone.I asked for managers contact details he always give me an automated message and i am never called back and my emails are not responded to I am taking my business elsewhere i cannot deal with such unproffessionalisim
