8 DAYS UNRESOLVED

On the 11 December I first waited 30 minutes to reach a call centre agent that could help me, after 15 minutes on the phone with them my problem was still not solved. At the end of the call I was promised that the issue would be solved in a few days yet nothing has happened!!!

And I have a second issue that now needs to be solved and I dont have any faith that Afrihost will be able to either solve or attend to the query for that matter.

As a web developer, and a loyal customer for over 10 years, I can firmly say that I am disgusted by this service.

Well Done Afrihost, you are now a nameless money-making-machine that does the bare minimum to satisfy clients.

Appalled....
