7Days Later Still No Resolution

A simple request, 1) redirect a website & 2) remove my domain off [URL Removed] #HHM-***0 logged 30 Jan Fri, response received confirming redirect done. 7 days later redirect still not working. Second part of request to remove me from the spam database was conveniently overlooked.<br> <br> I called Afrihost on Wed 4 Feb, on the phone for 20 minutes with a 'Melissa' who kept on putting me on hold, hung up on me and never called me back. I called back in, spoke to a Mathew, another 20 minutes later of back and forth, was promised a call back. Never happened!!<br> <br> Called Thur 5 Feb, spoke to 'Thobani' whom said Stephan will call back. Never happened! I spoke to 'Dosan'i today Fri 6 Feb, was promised a call back in 5min, no call back and its been 2 hrs later. I called now again at 12:00 and requested to speak to a Manager, was redirected to the Managers phone and went straight to voicemail. Its now 12:40 and still no call back.<br> <br> You would expect 1) if a call cuts or a customer requests a call back then they should get exactly that
