72 hours since last response to support request

After contacting support (ticket NUW-***8) I haven't heard from Afrihost for 72 hours. I sent a genuinely polite reminder after 48 hours (ticket QMM-***1), also not responded to.<br> <br> I've had this experience before with Afrihost support where they just go silent without explanation.
