72 hours 3 times in row!!!

I received the "it will take 72 hours Sir" three weeks in a row. After the third attempt when they supposedly escalated it to some some manager at Openserve I decided to call it quits. They are the least proactive company I have seen, they never get back to you and keep you updated on a reported issue apart from a "escalation" promise and other generic BS. Stay away and don't be fooled by their ratings. Although installation is relatively painless its downhill from there.
