Our fibre has been down for EIGHT DAYS while support consultants lie about feedback, give us rude comments and attitude and you refuse to refund me for SERVICES NOT RENDERED.

I have had to spend thousands on data because you and your teams refuse to follow up with the providers, escalate the issue or even make sure they are even doing the work they are meant to.

I want my money back. This is pure theft.

The support consistently tells us that "Technicians are on site" but when I drive past said site, there is not a soul in sight.

I have sent in my cancellation and now you want me to wait SIXTY DAYS while you take my money for something I am not receiving?

Give me my money back and cancel my line at the end of this month. This is just disgusting and despicable.
