51 Days Now And Afrihost Has Done Nothing

As the Title says , I lodged a fault with afrihost 51 days ago and they have done nothing about . All they do is say they are escalating the fault. I pay afrihost to manage my line and they cannot continue to blame someone else , i have not received even 1 phone call from them to try and explain or say sorry . They are a disastrous Company . I cannot believe that the people that work there don`t feel bad or ashamed of them selves . Just totally Shocking .
