500 PER MONTH... NO RUNNING SERVER FOR 5 MONTH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

one start too much.

i have rented a webserver that was paid for the last past 5 month. in the first 2 weeks there were issues with the login. no support no help.

afrihost kept on promissing to fix the problem. unfortunately the fixing went wrong and the ip address was changed.

additional work on our side to change related domains pointing to the new server.

weeks passed, server is pingable but cant be accessed. whatsapp ends up in promissed and reception is a waste.

we called in again. cant access the server... but is pingable. afrihost... changes again the ip address of the whole box.

we wasted 2500 rand in the last past 5 month. aint seen service, aint seen support aint seen ****.

sheldon is the HOSTING MANAGER. as a hosting manager, i believe you should know what it means to point the nameserver of a domain to a sever. if you change the ip address of the server the whole nameserver pointing is a waste...

however. i know i will never see any money back from this company.

to everyone out there. dont try hosting here. try somewhere else. no support, but cashing end of the month.
