5 Years paing R18000 for nothing they just kept quite.

My work Afrihost account & line was canceled 15/12/2015 they canceled the line but left the data thy have been taking my money every month it’s nou 5 years R18000. Whit lock down I had time to go thru my stuff & see. They send me email of account not paid. My wife also have a Afrihost account asked her why the account is not paid Se says it’s paid. So did some checking see it’s the old one. They just kept quite seeing no data is used & took my money. Now I’m phoning them no response, thy truing to shift the blame it’s my fault no, refund.
