5 stars for failing to deliver

Very dissapointed ... Ordered a new service with them on 17 Dec. I am an afrihost sufferer for more than 10y now. Once everything works it's fine, but getting there is like pulling teeth.

My 3rd sim crd is not yet delivered. Spoke to 3 reps. Info / undertakings / promises / actions received from all of them has proven either wrong or fruitless.

Afrihost is tea disappointment when it comes to customer service or efficiency.

I give them 5 stars for making promises. No stars for fulfilling that.
