5 days since my delivery of fixed wireless, and it is still not working.

Is is now 5 days since my purchase of fixed wireless and my rain sim card is still not working. After numerous calls to afrihost, nothing is done. No feedback is given from their side, I need to call everyday to follow up.

I have chosen this product from afrihost on the referral of friends who are very satisfied. I'm looking forward to see how afrihost will resolve this issue timeously.
