4K promotion is a ****

Switched to Afrihost as part of their 4 K promotion, which promised to refund me up to 4K of costs for switching from another provider to Afrihost in July. 1 month and a half later and at least 5 calls to the call center, 5 logged helpdesk request on the web, and at least 10 different agents trying to handle the issue, no refund is forthcoming from Afrihost. This is clearly a ****, as they are trying to wait as long as possible to get me tired of asking or forgetting about it just to avoid paying what their CEO promised in the email. Very disappointed
